This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on https://www.kurcollection.com, operated by KUR Labs LLC (KÚR Collection).

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after business hours or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers
Packages marked as delivered but not received
Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. We will assist where reasonably possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@kurcollection.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
