KÚR is a downtown New York–based brand designed by Kasuni Rathnasuriya. The brand was founded on the idea of creating products that speak to ‘less impact on the planet and more impact on people and community.'

Rooted in Kasuni’s Ceylon heritage, KÚR draws inspiration from the island’s rich cultural influences shaped by Portuguese, Dutch, and British histories. The brand’s signature line is built around handmade lace and the artisanal communities behind its craft, bringing traditional techniques into contemporary silhouettes.
