This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through https://www.kurcollection.com, operated by KUR Labs LLC (KÚR Collection).

Returns Eligibility

We accept return requests made within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • All original tags are attached
  • Items are returned in their original condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as sale, discounted, or final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Made-to-Order & Special Request Items

All made-to-order, custom, or special request items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where required by law or where an item is defective.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size only, subject to availability. Exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size and must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@kurcollection.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

If the issue is verified, we will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email info@kurcollection.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for the request

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

Geographic Scope

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for orders shipped within the United States.
